The app appears to freeze on the loading screen (or doesn't appear at all) after upgrading the device to iOS5, or when transferring apps from an older iPhone to a new iPhone 4S.

The apps transfer process is not restoring some graphics data. The solution is to delete the apps from the phone and then reinstall. The process should only take a few minutes.

Please follow the steps below to reinstall the app on your Apple device. It is necessary to follow all these steps precisely, or else the offending files may not get replaced properly.
First, check that the app has been downloaded to iTunes. Then:
- Delete the app from your device
- Hold your finger on the app icon for several seconds, until all the icons start to shake.
- An "X" will appear in the corner of the icon. Touch it to delete the app from your device.
- Press the HOME button to stop the shaking.
- Restart your device
- Hold down the Wake/Sleep button at the top of your device, until you are asked to "Slide to Power Off".
- Swipe the screen to power off the device.
- Wait 20 seconds to allow the device to fully power down.
- Press the Wake/Sleep button once more to restart.
- Reinstall the app to your phone
- Connect your device to your computer.
- In iTunes, select your device on the left navigation bar.
- Select the "Applications" tab at the top of the screen.
- Make sure that in the list of apps, the radio app has a checkmark next to it.
- Sync your device.
- Restart the app!
